Nutrition November

Naturopathic Nutrition combines the sciences of biochemistry and nutrition with natural and alternative therapies and lifestyle changes so that you can impact your health in a positive and sustainable way, while improving your overall quality of life.

Using food as medicine and with the same holistic principles which underpin Naturopathy, a Nutritional therapist aims to work with the person as a whole, addressing the underlying imbalances that may be impacting health, rather than just managing symptoms.

These FREE sessions will give you information and advice on how to introduce nutritional changes into your daily life easily and enjoyably.
