Kids’ ‘Yoga‘

This playful and fun programme will create a calming, nurturing and creative space for your child, in which he or she will learn to tune into their bodies and breathe … Animal poses and movements, creative play, bubble-blowing, pranayama with animal characters, musical instruments (drums, singing bowls and shakers), balancing and coordination work – are all combined in this magical space/time.  Suitable for little ones aged 2 to 4; parents can remain in the room during the session if thought necessary.

Your tutor, Jane Oppegaard

For nearly 20 years Jane has been teaching Yoga and Meditation to children within a school environment.  Her company, Happy Little Yogi, now works with over 30 schools in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.

With a wealth of experience as a Specialist Children’s Yoga Teacher, she works with neurodiverse children, with those who have suffered trauma, those with disabilities, with anxiety, low self-esteem/confidence  and with children who feel they just don’t fit in.
