The course will be facilitated by Nutritional Therapists Terri Nagib and Nicola Allenby, who between them have many years’ experience in Lifestyle Medicine and are passionate about using nutrition and lifestyle to improve health outcomes.

Terri is a naturopathic nutritional therapist who combines the sciences of biochemistry and nutrition with natural therapies and lifestyle change. She is passionate about helping people to feel better, more energetic and vibrant through nourishment with whole foods and stress management.
With a special interest in digestive and women's health, Terri supports people who experience a wide range of health issues: from those managing chronic long-term conditions to those who are working towards health goals such as weight loss.
Terri has a qualification in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, is a trained Breathwork and Pranayama teacher and an experienced Yoga instructor.

Join expert nutritionist and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner Nicola Allenby to explore the different stages of peri-and post- menopause and how nutrition and lifestyle changes can improve your wellbeing. The course will cover everything you need to know to help you feel prepared - from lifestyle tips to boost energy, to help you sleep, to lift your mood, to increase confidence and get you feeling your best, both physically and mentally.
Nicola is a renowned specialist in women’s health, with expertise in thyroid and gut health, endometriosis, PCOS, PMS and fertility issues. She is passionate about preventative health and ensuring that women can access exceptional menopause care.
After training with the prestigious Institute for Functional Medicine in the US she became one of a small number of Certified Practitioners in the UK. She has undertaken further training in Nutrigenomics (how our gene expression can be influenced by our lifestyle and nutrition) and is a Certified HeartMath coach.
By sharing the science behind hormonal symptoms she will demystify the changes occurring within your body, empowering you to make informed decisions about your health. Her philosophy is based on the belief that we all have the ability and potential to create a life full of energy and vitality. It is her mission to educate women about how their diet and lifestyle choices can impact their wellbeing.
A Functional Medicine approach and laboratory testing help her to understand and address the underlying biochemical imbalances that cause symptoms and disease. She has successfully helped many people around the world improve their health and quality of life.
