We are The Sadie Centre (formerly The Letchworth Centre for Healthy Living), a registered charity (no. 295219) delivering innovative programmes which improve health, enhance wellbeing and prevent illness for all sections of the community.

We obtain information about you when you browse our website or when you enrol, opt to receive our newsletter or make a donation.
What type of information is collected from you?
The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, IP address, and information regarding what parts of our website you access and when. If you pay us online for a class, workshop or other activity or make an online donation, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit and debit card transactions.

send you information about classes, treatments and activities at the Centre or other communications that may be of interest to you;
notify you of changes to our services;
seek your views or comments on the services we provide;
process a donation that you have made;

We will review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We are legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations (for example the collection of Gift Aid).
