Thriving Through the Menopause
This expert-led course will equip you with all the skills, knowledge and support you need to navigate through every phase of the menopause. Over the 4 weeks you’ll look at the science behind ways to reduce hot flushes, night sweats, hair loss and joint pain. You’ll understand how to balance your blood sugar, protect your bone and cardiovascular health and improve your energy and vitality. You’ll learn effective, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle habits to improve your mood, boost your energy, maintain a healthy weight, reduce brain fog and anxiety and improve your sleep. And there will be time in every session for you to ask questions and share experiences within a supportive community of women.
By the end of the course you’ll have a clear action plan of how to improve your health and utilise the tools you’ve learned to make the necessary changes.
