Menopause in Motion
Menopause In Motion is a dance-based support group designed for anyone navigating the transformative journey of perimenopause and menopause. Our sessions offer a sanctuary for self-expression, empowerment, and emotional release through the power of movement. With no choreography to follow and no expectations to move in any particular way, Menopause in Motion creates a space where you can connect with your body in a holistic, life-affirming way.
This programme is thoughtfully crafted to address the unique emotional and physical challenges of menopause. Each session encourages free-form dance, allowing you to explore your feelings, reduce stress, and embrace your body's natural changes. The gentle flow of the sessions fosters a deep sense of community, where every participant is honoured for their strength and resilience. Whether you're seeking a release from the daily pressures of life or a way to reconnect with yourself, our sessions offer a profound sense of balance, support, and rejuvenation.
Menopause in Motion is a collaboration with Respair Therapy C.I.C., and we welcome all people who are going through the menopause, or perimenopause, including those from the LGBTQIA+ and disabled communities.
