This course offers creative ideas and hands-on activities that will help.

Join us for a transformative one-day course designed to explore techniques based on play therapy ideas, for supporting individuals with anxiety. Delve into the therapeutic benefits of artistic expression, learning practical strategies to foster calm and resilience. Alongside offering some theory about how anxiety happens, we also look at how creativity can become a powerful tool for self-care and emotional well-being.

This in-person event will take place on Saturday 22nd June 2024 - 10am - 4pm in the Barratt Room

The cost for this workshop is £40

Emma Moat is an experienced Play Therapist, Counsellor and SandStory Therapist and Trainer who has over 15 years of experience of working with children and teens in a variety of institutions.
