Terms and Conditions

Classes

All classes must be paid for in advance before term begins.

Class refunds – Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferrable.  If you have missed a class we are unable to offer a catch-up class.

Class Cancellations – If class numbers have to be restricted by order of the government, this will be done on a strict date of purchase basis.

Concessions – We regret that we are unable to offer concessionary rates on Pilates and children’s programmes. Please enquire at Reception for an application form.

Severe weather – Check our website before setting out on your journey to confirm that we are open.

Workshops and Retreats

Refunds – Cancellations must be made a minimum of 7 days before the workshop is scheduled to run.  Please note that an admin charge of £20 per workshop will be levied.  No refunds can be made after the 7 day deadline.  If the workshop is not viable due to insufficient numbers we will refund.

Summer Holiday Classes

Bookings: Classes must be pre-booked at least one week in advance to enable us to judge whether a class is viable and likely to go ahead.   Bookings on the day are not recommended as the class may be full or may not be running.

We regret but holiday sessions cannot be used for catch-up for term-time classes and payment for holiday classes is non-transferrable to the next term’s fees.

Venue:  All classes will be held at The Sadie Centre.

Refunds: No refunds given unless there are insufficient numbers; the Centre will then cancel the class and refund accordingly.

Clinic

Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or postpone this appointment.

The full fee will be charged for any cancellation of less than 24 hours.  In case of severe weather conditions please check our website before setting out on your journey to confirm that we are open.

Counselling Services

Please give 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or postpone your appointment. The full fee will be charged for any cancellation of less than 24 hours. 

Payment is required on the day of your appointment and can be made at Reception or via your WellnessLiving account.

All face-to-face sessions will be held at The Sadie Centre. Please note, the Centre will be closed on Bank Holidays and at Christmas, from the 25th December to the 1st January inclusive.
