Move. Nourish. Rise. is a programme to help women navigate through the often confusing roles she faces when she moves from being a person in her own right to being focussed on the wellbeing of her child. Developed by a vastly experienced Yoga teacher who is an ICF-registered coach, a qualified mentor and a former social worker, this unique programme takes you beyond the superficial to a deeper communication and connection with other mothers and to a re-definition of your very self and who you are.
This is an inspirational programme which creates a safe space for women to establish rituals and practices which can support them on their journey through motherhood. Based on the MamaRising formula, it includes Yoga, journaling, coaching, and sharing.
Each session is 90 mins. 45 Min Yoga practice, and 20 min prompted journal writing, and 25 mins of reflection/group coaching/sharing.
The theme of each session will be based on one of the pillars of the Mama Rising Formula of support.

Cost £120. Please bring your own Yoga mat.

Kristi Mae Rodelli is a psychology graduate, Accredited ICF Coach, Mentor, Senior Yoga Teacher and Mamma to two girls. She creates spaces, through yoga and coaching, for women and mothers to reconnect with themselves, find clarity, and develop the practical skills to create daily rituals to support and inspire them.
Her life experience and spiritual practices guide her knowledgeable and intuitive approach to working with women.
Kristi has taught Yoga for 15 years, many of them in the Far East; has taught literally thousands of classes in Asia for PURE Yoga; has assisted Ana Forrest in Istanbul, Berlin, New Zealand; brought Forrest Yoga to London’s Indaba Yoga and Triyoga.
