About our Yoga Courses
We’re incredibly proud of our reputation for delivering excellence in Yoga, which we have built over thirty years. Yoga is a wonderful form of exercise, suitable for all ages. We offer a wide range of courses and Yoga styles so you’ll find a course that meets your needs according to your own level of experience or ability.
Please note: Students will need to bring your own yoga mat and props such as straps, blocks, bricks or a blanket for the final resting phase.
