Yoga needs little introduction. Our classes, taught by experienced and well qualified instructors, provide a stable structure whose benefits will infuse every aspect of your life. Reduced anxiety and stress, fewer back problems, enhanced confidence and improved concentration are just some of the changes people doing our classes report.
Please bring your own Yoga mat.
Gentle and Restorative Yoga with Neelam
On Thursdays 2pm - 3pm from 2nd May to 13th June (7 classes)
This course is designed for people living with chronic and autoimmune conditions, mental health issues or with restricted movement.
