Pilates on the Ball
The exercise ball is a wonderful Pilates tool for improving core strength and developing the abdominal and back muscles. Exercising ‘on the ball’ – which continually moves slightly beneath you as you work – can also increase overall flexibility and mobility. And it’s such fun to do! (You will need to provide your own ball).
Pilates & The Franklin Method with Balls & Bands
Find comfort and elasticity in your body by using the Franklin Method orange balls and long green band to help you upgrade simple movement patterns. Based around basic Pilates moves and using Franklin Method tools and techniques, such as anatomical or metaphorical imagery and feedback from the equipment, this class aims to upgrade your movement habits giving your body the chance to experience deep relaxation whilst moving - experiences that you can then take back with you to other classes.
