Classes Terms and Conditions

All classes must be paid for in advance before term begins.

Class refunds – Once a course has begun, refunds for classes will only be given in exceptional circumstances and will be subject to a £20 administration fee. All refund requests must be made in writing. We are unable to refund in cases of self-isolation. Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you have missed a class we are unable to offer a catch-up class.

Class Cancellations – If class numbers have to be restricted by order of the government, this will be done on a strict date of purchase basis.

Concessions – We regret that we are unable to offer concessionary rates on Pilates and children’s programmes. Please enquire at Reception for an application form.
